The contract stipulated between Lime di Acciaio Andrea and the customer is completed with the acceptance, even partial, of the purchase from Lime di Acciaio Andrea. Such acceptance thinks tacit, if not otherwise communicated through whatever method to the customer. By placing a purchase order the client declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedures and to accept in full the general conditions and the payment described below.
The client will print and save a copy of the electronic order once the online purchase procedures are completed. The client will also maintain the present general sales conditions in accordance to the articles 3 and 4 of D.lgs. 206/2005 which refer to the distance selling legislation.
Clients are not entitled to any compensation damages or indemnity as well as any contractual
or extra-contractual liability for any direct or indirect damage to people and/or objects deriving from full or partial refusal of goods.
The client can purchase the products which are listed in the electronic catalogue of www.lime-Italy.com as described in the relative informative sheets. It is understood that the picture accompanying the description of a product cannot be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, and accessories present in the picture.
The correct receipt of the purchase order is confirmed by Lime di Acciaio Andrea by means of a reply via email, sent to the email address communicated by the customer. Such a confirmation message will contain date and time of the purchase order execution and the “purchase order number” to use in case of any correspondence with Lime di Acciaio Andrea. The message will report all data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify the correctness and to communicate promptly any corrections.
In case of non-acceptance of the purchase order, Lime di Acciaio Andrea ensures timely notification to the Customer.

In accordance to the articles 3 and 4 of D.Lgs. 206/2005, the client (in person) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.
To exercise this right, the client needs to send a communication to Lime di Acciaio Andrea within 14 working days from the date of order receipt. Such a communication will have to be sent by means of registered letter with advice of delivery and addressed to Lime di Acciaio Andrea – Via Giuseppe Verdi, 12 – 51019 Ponte Buggianese (PT) or by email within 14 days to firstname.lastname@example.org followed by a confirmation sent by means of registered letter with advice of delivery within 48 hours. Once the above mentioned withdrawal letter has been received, Lime Made in Italy will communicate the instructions on how to return the products to the customer.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to products acquired in their entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on a part of the product
- Products must be returned and in original packaging, to limit limit damage to the original package, we recommend, whenever possible, to put the products in a second box. The attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging should be avoided in any case.
The shipping costs and responsibilities related to the return of the products are entirely of the customer.
In case of damage of the product during the transportation, Lime Made in Italy will inform the client to allow a timely complaint to the shipping company he choose and to obtain a reimbursement of the product value (if assured). In this case, the product will be returned to the client by cancelling simultaneously the request of withdrawal.
Lime Made in Italy is not responsible for damages or thefts/losses of products returned by unassured shipment.
Lime Made in Italy will reimburse the entire sum already paid to the client within 14 days the products were returned by means of bank transfer for the amount charged: it will be the client’s responsibility to communicate the bank details.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost for lack of the essential integrity of the products in case

5. METHODS OF PROCESSING
The data are collected with the electronic transmission and are processed by means of registration operations, consultancy, communication, conservation, erasure processed with with the use of electronic instruments, ensuring the use of correct measures for the data safety and guaranteeing the privacy.
The personal data will be processed by contractors and/or employers of the holder by means of persons in charge of the processing, in accordance to the related functions and the instructions issued by the holder.

LIME has not access to the confidential information related to the credit card, which will be processed by the intermediary and by the credit card issuers in respect to the Privacy Code.

In accordance to the article 7 of the Privacy Code, the user has the right to obtain in every moment, the confirmation of the existence of his/her data and the utilisation purposes. The user has also the right to request updates or modifications, the cancellation or the blocking of the data and to oppose, partly or entirely, to their processing.
The user can ask directly the holder in order to exercise the above mentioned rights or to receive the information related to the parties where the data are stored.
